Does Yebo OS replace our PMS?
No. The PMS remains the system of record for reservations and rooms. Yebo OS connects to it — alongside your channel manager, RMS, POS and guest messaging — through controlled interfaces, assembles the cross-system context those tools can't see individually, and writes authorized actions back through each system's own interfaces.
Can AI answer guest requests directly?
Understanding a request is different from safely completing it. Yebo OS lets policy-eligible requests — a qualifying early check-in, a standard amenity — complete automatically with the systems updated, while anything ambiguous, ineligible or high-value reaches your team with the guest's context, eligibility and options already assembled.
Who controls pricing decisions?
Your revenue policy does. AI proposes rate actions with evidence attached; moves within approved bounds proceed, and anything beyond threshold routes to the revenue manager for explicit approval. Every change is recorded with who or what initiated it and why.
