Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using Yebo OS lawfully, securely, and without harming others.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Yebo OS Services and forms part of the agreement between the customer and [Yebo legal entity]. The customer is responsible for its users' compliance with this AUP.
1. Permitted use
The Services are provided for the customer's internal business use within the scope of the agreement. The customer is responsible for all activity under its account and for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data it provides and the means by which it acquired that data.
2. Prohibited activities
The customer must not, and must not permit any user or third party to: (a) use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights; (b) upload or process data it has no lawful right to process; (c) use the Services to generate or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content or decisions; (d) attempt to derive source code or underlying models except as permitted by law; or (e) resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.
3. Security and integrity
The customer must not: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach any security or authentication measures; circumvent access controls, rate limits, usage limits, or governance controls; interfere with or disrupt the Services or other customers' use; or introduce malware or other harmful code.
4. Data responsibilities
The customer must implement appropriate controls for the data it brings, maintain the confidentiality of its credentials, and promptly notify Yebo of any unauthorised use of its account.
5. Enforcement and suspension
Yebo may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other customers, or third parties, or to comply with law. Where practicable, Yebo will give notice and an opportunity to cure; where a violation poses an imminent risk, Yebo may act immediately.
